    Project Description

    Redesign the Nomi restaurant website to make it more usable on the front end and easier to maintain by the Park Hyatt marketing staff. Update the look-and-feel to match recent updates across hyatt.com. Possible updates to the Nomi Spa site as well (tbd).

    Project Strategy

    Provide clear calls-to-action to help users complete their tasks: make a reservation, get hours, see the menu, book a treatment. Present the most important content above-the-fold on every page. Customize the admin with custom fields that match the content so that the Park Hyatt staff doesn’t have to enter any code to make updates.

      Arrives on home page and needs to find private event info. It's in the menu but she doesn't see it right away. She scrolls down and finds a link in the footer and visits the Private Events page. She prefers to book events over the phone so she finds the number and calls. Event is successfully booked.

      Flow:
      Signs in to in-room WiFi and the hotel site loads. Francis clicks the link on the hotel site to the restaurant. He checks the menu first but wants to make a reservation from the menu page. Not finding the Open Table widget on the menu page, he goes back to the home page and uses the widget.

      Denice's friend sent her a link to the spa but it is the old link. She is redirected to the new spa page. She knows the treatments she wants: mani/pedi, massage. She wants to book them all at once so goes to the reservations page but it doesn't look like the rest of the site. She decides to call instead.
